Round bread – Baladi عيش بلدي

Making 8 round breads for 4 people 45mins

Round bread made with large dough proportion cooked in a traditional oven. Our house in Khartoum 2 is about 100 meters from the local bread oven, so at 6am and then again late at night, we would be enticed by smell the freshly made bread as we sat outside in our housh – outside living area.
